Heavy-duty Longspan Shelving
The load capacity per level is typically between 800kg and 3,000kg. Shelving comes in three types: steel decking, timber decking, and wire mesh decking. Steel decking features reinforcing ribs and high wear resistance; timber decking is economical and practical; wire mesh decking meets ventilation and airflow requirements.
Specifications
Heavy-duty shelving supports manual picking of loose goods without pallets, combining anti-fall protection with visual inventory management. The installation requires no auxiliary tools and is compatible with diverse pallet sizes and heavy-duty racking systems. The standard thickness for steel shelves is 1.0/1.2mm, with 25*50mm square tubes welded underneath. For wire mesh decking, standard wire diameters range from 5.0mm to 8.0mm, with available mesh sizes of 50×50mm, 50×100mm, and 100×100mm. In addition to U-shaped steel, reinforcement options include rectangular tube supports. Timber decking is relatively cost-effective and practical. With proper usage and regular maintenance, there is no need to worry about the lifespan, as its service life is comparable to other types. Application scenarios primarily focus on storage requirements for loads between 800kg and 3000kg. When integrated with heavy-duty racking, it achieves high-efficiency warehouse space utilization.
