Carton Flow Racks

Flow racks are storage systems evolved from medium-duty beam racking. They utilize roller tracks to enable gravity-driven sliding, featuring a tilt angle of approximately 3° to support the "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) operating mode. Each shelf level has a load capacity of approximately 100kg, with the overall height typically kept within 2.5 meters. These racks are ideal for lean production lines and distribution center picking operations. They are frequently integrated with electronic labels for digital management and are widely used in industries such as automotive, chemical, and electronics.

Flow racks generally utilize roller-type aluminum alloy or sheet metal fluencies strips, positioned at a specific incline (approximately 3°). Goods are typically packaged in cardboard boxes or placed in plastic turnover boxes, utilizing their own weight to achieve product flow and first-in-first-out (FIFO) management. Goods are transported by trolleys and accessed manually, providing high accessibility. The load capacity per level of a unit rack is usually around 100KG, with a rack height within 2.5 meters, divided into several compartments for product placement. Sliding composite pipe racks are equipped with slide rails; relying on the smoothness and inclination of the rails combined with the material's own gravity, automatic sliding is achieved. Goods are placed on rollers from the upper end of the sloped slide and slide down automatically via gravity, utilizing one aisle for storage and the opposite aisle for retrieval. This enables FIFO operation and a "one-time replenishment, multiple-time picking" workflow.

Key Features

1. Adopts roller-type aluminum alloy flow strips, utilizing the weight of the goods to achieve first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management.
2. Convenient access, suitable for both sides of assembly lines, distribution centers, and other locations.
3. Suitable for storing large quantities of similar goods with high space utilization, especially ideal for auto parts factories.
4. Can be equipped with electronic labels to achieve information-based management of goods.
