Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking is a type of storage equipment used for storing long materials, circular goods, and irregular items, such as profiles, pipes, cables, timber, and long strips.

The racking is available in single-sided and double-sided configurations, featuring either single or double arms. It is categorized into three types based on load capacity: light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty. Cantilever arm lengths are typically within 1.5 meters, with a load capacity generally under 1,000 kg per arm. The standard height is within 2.5 meters, though it can reach up to 6 meters for forklift operations. The structure consists of H-beam or cold-rolled steel columns; the cantilever columns are mostly made of cold-rolled hollow section steel with prefabricated holes, connected to the base via welding or bolt groups. The base is equipped with footplates for floor anchoring and can be manufactured from H-beams or specialized profiles. The cantilever beams are made of square tubing, H-beams, or cold-rolled steel, and are connected to the columns using hitch pins or bolts, allowing for adjustable height spacing.

Key Features

1. Cantilever racks are available in single-sided and double-sided configurations, providing efficient storage for timber, pipes, long strips, and similar products. A cantilever racking system can consist of multiple units formed by a single column unit equipped with arms and connected via horizontal and diagonal braces.
2. Cantilever racking is an effective storage system in terms of quality, safety, and management. The column unit consists of a column and a base; the column is made of two specially designed C-section steels butt-welded together. This structure fully utilizes the load-bearing capacity of the material, featuring high load capacity and low cost.
3. The columns are prefabricated with double rows of holes at a pitch of 100mm. The arms are connected to the columns via locking pins and can be adjusted upwards and downwards in 100mm increments.
